It is comparable in that there is no other market, necessity, entertainment, or otherwise that's trying to stifle the second hand market the same way the video games manufacturers are. It's about consumer rights, and it's a shame that anyone would come down on the side of the argument that says there is something in my house that I paid for that I am not allowed to sell to someone else."
